hey,guys, i'm new here! i have a question for you all! ....................... How long i need to wait for out MR, after ecas says "started processing?"

There seems to be an error in the eCAS. The dates in 2nd and 3rd line are same (which should not be) ..... it means that your PER date and 'In Process' dates are same ..... ........ Buffalo needs to get up and move slowly ...... and may be later it will run .... till then one has to WAIT ......... :'(
BTW, we are not aware whether they (VO) will send the AOR first or will start directly with MR ....

Officially, we are now the No. 1 thread for maximum number of responses (& pages). ... : : Huh .... what's the big deal .... :-[ ??? ...STILL .... As the atmosphere is soooo grim for many of the VO's, I thought of doing this & bring a smile (even if it is sarcastic one!!) on many of our worried/ sad/ tensed faces ......... and get all sorts of response for spamming....

Thank you for your kind words.

I only want to cheer you up. Please try to understand the reason of the call from the visa office here in Cairo. The way i see it is that they want to verify this tiny bit of information to HELP you! Otherwise, they would have simply rejected your application, even though it was approved by the cio.

Your application seem to be pending only this bit of hard work from your side, which I am sure you'll be able to handle. You must! Think of it as the final hard job for you here and off you go.

Think of the visa officer wanting to cover herself by submitting a complete file. By this, she is doing a proper job where she works. On the other side, try to have a positive effect on the employee who is hurdling your wife's paperwork. Let him know that he is doing a great job and that is an essential part of success. Stimulate a brain. Encourage. Go with a high self-esteem, determined that you will get things done, and they do!

Received the receipt for RPRF from the VO today....nothing much written in the letter enclosed ;D...it just says

" Please find enclosed your immigration processing/right of permanent residence fee receipt. Please quote as mentioned above file number in all your future correspondence "

What a victorious weekend it was ! We received our medicals, RPRF and PPR this morning The date printed was 31st March

VO received our passports and other documents on 23rd March 2011....the DD was encashed on 1st April 2011.....i got the receipt today....
