As others have said, wrong forum (and wrong thread for that matter). But to answer it anyways...
They sent me an automatic letter that I can continue to my current job till next March
The other think is that i did not apply for an extension, I just applied for another work permit.
Yup, that's normal. The wording of the letter is the same regardless if you extend your existing work permit or get a new one - they're "extending" the validity of your current work permit to buy time to make a decision.
They mentioned I should stay in Canada while they are making a final decision, but i need to travel in the next two weeks.
I do not know If I go to my country and back is it ok to enter the Canada while I have a valid TRV and A valid PGWP or not.
You should be fine as long as you have valid TRV and valid PGWP. The do not travel thing is for folks who are on maintained status, which is what happens when you enter the period of time between your last permit expiring and your new permit being issued - but since the PGWP is still valid and unexpired in this scenario, maintained status does not apply and neither does the warning.
My PGWP will be expired on September 26, 2025(Next year). Recently, I applied for a new 3-year-work permit.
How did you apply? Under what grounds are you getting a new work permit? Especially one three years long... that's unusual. I've seen it once with a closed work permit issued under NAFTA, but aside from that and PGWP I can't think of any others that would be this long.
They sent me an automatic letter that I can continue to my current job till next March (They made a mistake and they thought my current work permit is going to expire this year not next year and they temporary extension is shorter than my current work permit)
Yeah. It's because the letter is automated (which prevents a human from becoming the backlog causing chokepoint). The idea is that those folks who apply for a new work permit or extension late will be given extra time to sort things out.
In your case you applied with more than enough time for a new work permit to be processed, thus, you don't really need the extra time.
i do not know how can i inform them that they are making mistake (misunderstanding)
You'd have to send IRCC a webform at
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/web-form.html to correct it - but to be honest I'm not sure if there'd be much point in doing so. Nothing stops you from being able to travel when you need to, and your new permit should be processed (and hopefully approved) long before you'd need the corrected WP-EXT letter.
