Does anyone know where the information is more correct? My ircc account shows BG check "We are processing your BG check" since March 5. But suivi tracker shows "not started"

Tracker is more accurate. IRCC doesn't show much updates except the ghost updates. Exact information is on the tracker.

BIOMETRICS requested: 9th FEB
BIOMETRICS submitted and updated : 10th FEB
Medicals passed in GC : 10th FEB
Eligibility completed as per tracker on/around March 4th.
Background: Completed as per tracker on 29th March.

I still haven't received any email though.. any thoughts ??.. please let me know....

My tracker went all green on march 20th, yet no COPR details on tracker. Kinda worried considering most get their COPR details in a week or two.

I received my portal mail yesterday and my tracker still shows bg not started and no copr details.
