I need advice regarding a discrepancy in my education history across my Canadian immigration applications.

I completed three courses online in Fall 2021 as part of my program, but deferred the remainder of my studies to Fall 2022 because I couldn’t secure the study permit in time.

My university issued an offer letter confirming Fall 2022 admission and I arrived in Canada to complete the my program and graduated.

I reported 2022 in my previous study and work permit applications as start date to match the date on offer letter, but 2021 in my PNP application, based on the transcript.

For my federal Express Entry application, should I report 2022 based on my previous? Or should I say 2021 to match my PNP. I can include a letter of explanation, and could this discrepancy raise concerns about misrepresentation? I also have an LOE from the university explaining this. Please advise !!

You should tell the truth, simple as that, not to choose what looks better.
Yes i agree and i am not trying to hide anything of course. I also have another thing regarding my foreign experience (which i am not claiming points for but will disclose in my personal history): so when i applied for my study permit, i could only put my past four jobs, the last one as i did not have any space on the form, i submitted its experience letter anyway. However, i did not attach an explanation letter or anything saying that i couldn’t add it on the form so i attached the experience letter, i just added it in my supporting docs. Is it ok if i disclose this in my personal history for PR and on a LOE when i apply for BOWP or LMIA-exempt work permit? Let me know your thoughts.

I would recommend being completely transparent and making sure your Express Entry application accurately reflects your actual education history. Your university’s letter of explanation could be helpful evidence. You should also disclose the discrepancy between your previous applications and your PNP application in a separate letter of explanation, with supporting documents if available.
