application status : online vs IRCC automated telephone service

Hello, My wife's application is in process as per the online tracker with medical, background verification and eligibility completed but when I call the IRCC automated telephone service the application status response is that "we are reviewing your eligibility requirement and processing your background check." Which could be the correct status ? Thank you.

I've also noticed this mismatch the in the past. It might be where they're pulling information from. But if one source is giving you complete while the other isn't then you can assume the most up-to-date one is the complete status.
