I was looking to apply University of Toronto or University of Waterloo . . .

The main reason is my mamu is there who is giving me letter of accommodation

but still Ontario province . .

He's not sponsoring me dude . .

He just give a letter which shows that this person has provided me with funds and I am responsible for his accommodation for on year.

Don't show any such thing, it will just weaken your chances and give V.O a valid reason that you might stay after you complete your studies.
As for universities try University of Lethbridge in Alberta, they don't take fee's in advance but charge 100$ for LOA.

I have send 3 to 4 university my documents to review them and advice me in which course I can apply.

Dude from my experience this top universities don't answer this type of question. I would suggest you to go to the program details page of each university and check for the their details and eligibility criteria.

The more I go into it I find best course to join Professional Diploma in Accounting but the problem is that I have to go for IELTS first and than have to apply but someone told me sometimes they look your academics and wive IELTS as well.

I am not in a rush this time to apply but don't want to be refused as well . . Advance diploma course is off one year and give advantage for me to purse in CGA or CA in future as well. In the mean while I will complete my ACCA and claim CGA membership as well this is what I am thinking right now.

So, right now I ask my mom to do ISTIKHARA, for Ontario same course if I got green signal so I go for it else I do IELTS and apply for Professional Diploma course of one year for Summer intake.

All I need your help for all those who received their medical and waiting for visa inbox me your email id or fb id or skype so, I can be in-touch with you guys for any assistance regarding university or college you will be in future.

In the mean while I have try to contact university if, they accept me without IELTS well in good else I am going to appear in IELTS exam after my ACCA exam and of this year.

My case is very similar to your's, my uncle was my sponsor and I also forget to include my family tree NADRA form in my first attempt so CHC Islamabad rejected my application and gave me the reason that my sponsor is not genuine (they didn't even bothered to check it with my uncle) After that I applied again this time with family tree but they still rejected me with the same reason, that my sponsor is not eligible to finance me.
After that I visited some well known consultants like Lalani & Associates and they explained me that since my uncle is married and have a family him self he is not eligible to sponsor me from CHC perspective, and I need to have some sold reason for him to sponsor me like if i am in nikah with his daughter then the case might be different or if he is single then the story might be different but since he got his own family he can not be my sponsor.

You see, I got 4 year of experience from a reputable company and I am a 4 Yrs graduate,BBA from IBA, and got admission letter from University of Manitoba in MSC supply chain program and shown almost 1 crore statement of my uncle, since he is a heart specialist in aga khan hospital his income is stable.

So my friend you can not show your relative statement just like that, undertaking and affiliate's have no authenticity, trust me on this since I applied the same way just as you did. These kind of statement only work if the reason is strong and even for that you need to show the proof like if you are in nikah then you have to show your nikah nama.

So my friend I am not disappointing you but your chances are slim to non.

As for me I almost lost all my hopes now, since I already applied two times and got rejection..............also there is no way for me to finance my studies and my uncle was my last hope, I have very little saving of my own (as you all may already knew the salaries structure in Pakistan is very low) so I only have 1 semester fee and I was planning to do part time jobs to cover for my studies in canada but now all my plans are ruined. :'(

I am very clear about my application .......If i get in Dan ALLAH KA SHUKER KEROO gaa And if they Reject me....I DONT have a problem....Ill persue my career here in Pakistan.....I applied to Canada for a Reason which is to get a foriegn degree on my profile....If i Dont get in ALLAH KI marzi....I wont force the issue..ALLAH will do the best for me .....Its not tht Canada if i Dunt get a canadian student visa It will the end of my plans...I applied casually for admission coz a frnd told me about it ....So All the best for the Slim to non chances .....ALLAH MALIK HAI....thr many other things which 1 can explore easily Plus another frnd of mine who applied through consultants and paid about 40k .....he told me about the documents which i need to have from my chacha .....But for a reason they can make this jsut to reject it But my chacha is my blood Relation and he has only 1 son to support but even if they make this Reason I wudnt care less.....I will look for other avenues other Dan Canada
