Application processing in OTTAWA >> timelines

Dear all,
Starting this thread in order to collect any possible data on timelines for both inland and outland applications that are being/have been processed in Ottawa without transferring those to local office. The aim is to get an objective idea about the total length of each stage e.g eligibility, RPRF if applicable, BG checks components and the final decision at last.
Please kindly share your details and inputs here to help all the waiting people.
Also it would be great if you guys could advise the criteria which are used in distribution of files among CPC and local visa offices.

Just a quick question. Slightly off topic... but

I manage this myimmitracker.com web-site.. and I was thinking - if I will allow you (users) to create the custom tracker (you will define columns based on needs (template will be provided)) only for the cases for Ottawa with all the reports functionality etc...

would you be interested to use it?
