Application on going but need to leave the country

I'm presently working in Singapore and quit my job for some personal reason on the other hand I have ongoing application with the Canadian embassy in Singapore. Can I still process my documents even I'm not a valid pass holder? I'm just waiting for PPR. Anyone can enlighten my case. Thanks!
