Application moved to RROC

Hey apparently RC-8695 is an officer code at RROC. There's a new thread about it with others having the same officer assigned with no movement. Is it possible this is an inactive agent assigned to all our files?

we can call IRCC call centres to raise this issue once we have our gcms notes.
Please anything we can do about this RROC? Over a month now of radio silence and people with June ITA are already getting PPR
Hi we have tried everything at our disposal.
Those who have had 6 months since AOR can email local MP and escalate this further. Thats is the best suggestion that I can provide.
Yeah between @Mickey55555 , myself and a few others we have literally explored every possible option available to people in our situation.
Here's a list if you're interested:
Called IRCC multiple times
Sent multiple webforms to VOs inside Canada and possible secondary VOs outside Canada
Emailed RROC directly
Requested GCMS notes
Lodged a complaint against RROC and also got others to do the same
Someone has tweeted IRCC about RROC's poor service
Absolutely nothing left but pursuing MPs as mentioned but we need to wait another 3 months for that. RROC has not issued any PPRs since 11th May.
Actually they havent after 17 May. The last one I saw on facebook was 17 th May.
My tracker was updated on May 15 to all passed. BV EV was completed on May 14.
