hi i just have some question bec. my status in life is so complicated now i don't know if i deed a good step to file my application, i was married wen i cam here but after a year me and my husband desided to be separate bec. she got married again now we still married legaly in paper bec. i dont have money yet to file my our divorce but i have a common law partner already morethen 1 year and we had a baby already now in my application do i need to declare my baby?if this will not get coplicated to my application can any one please help me or explain me what is better to do,bec. there someone saying that its better bec. i have a canadian baby then it will work my status to be PR fast, but there is also saying that if i declare my baby i will make my application more complicated,i dont know what to do

Yes, you must declare your child. Not doing so would be misrepresentation and could get you banned for 5 years.

You need to include your baby in your "other family" section. The baby is already Canadian so is not being sponsored as a dependent, so it will be a very easy update to your app and should not cause any delays.
