Application for October 2018 Citizenship Grant for Senior Citizen delayed

I sent application for Citizenship Grant on October 28/2018, I received AOR on Jan. 17/2019. My current online status showing Application in Progress since Feb. 8/2019. I have not heard anything yet. Is there anybody else in my situation or what could be possible reasons for the delay.

Posted processing time is 1 year, so you aren't even close to being delayed.

Thanks. I downloaded processing time spread sheet yesterday.It appears applications received by Nov.2018 were being processed quickly. But beginning December 2018 there is a rapid delay.That's why I asked this about the delay
