Hey

Does anyone know the purpose of imm0006e-2020-10-09? There is no proper explanation about this form. What qualifies, etc.

Seems obvious that it is a statutory / legal declaration that for example a citizen or PR is related to the extended family member who is seeking to be exempt from the travel restrictions. Both parties, resident and traveller are signing a legal document stating that the traveller is a legal extended family member and should be considered exempt from the COVID travel restrictions, other than quarantine of course

Ok thanks.. What I wanted to know is, if this application has anything to do for visitor visa application? Or this for those who already have a visa and want to visit their extended family.
I couldn't find a form for immediate family member.
