I am helping my cousin with citizenship application, we completed the application just wanted to check with you guys if we did everything right
Documents
Signed and dated Application form
Signed and dated physical calculator
Id’s driving license, health card, pr card
All pages of passport
5 years tax assessment
Canadian College certificate and transcript
2 photos with stamp and name
Copr copy
Is that everything ? Or am i missing something?

You do not have to include 5 years tax assessment. Check the box that authorizes IRCC to check with Revenue Canada and you are fine.

Copy of COPR is not required but all the same some people do include it.

I did not see (copy of) processing fee receipt.

There is another piece of paper called PATIENCE. You need not include that paper (PATIENCE) in your cousin's application, however your cousin needs to repeat PATIENCE everyday for a month after mailing the application. He needs PATIENCE for the long haul especially if he lives in GTA.

I suggest that you check your documents against the IRCC document checklist available at https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/citizen/cit0007e-2.pdf

You actually need to include the official IRCC document checklist sistemc linked to with the application. All passport pages are not required. Just the biographic pages.
