I m sure there were many many applicants in first two draws who said they have job offer as it was quite confusing and now they got ITA and didnt have LMO/LMIA to support there 600 points . Please Share here .... :-X :o

IMHO it's very unlikely since they've been asked to type in LMIA certificate number!

Although, we do not know that those who have selected an LMIA job offer and havent input the Cert. Number, what happens to them ? !

i m sure there are lots ... Even i met with few immigration lawyers and they said yes if u have Job offer they will get u additional 600 points so I definately knw that there r ppl who did it ...

Even after they get ITA, and they don't provide required docs in 2 month, they will still be there in pool for 6 months.

if they don't it shows the section as "in process", I guess, so they cannot submit it.

If some people with ITA are failed to provide the proof of LMIA, then CIC just takes increased amount of people next time from EE pool; there is nothing to worry about for anyone.
However, I believe LMIA# is required field and it is impossible to leave it blank.

It is possible to leave blank as i did it once . If u select the very last column as " was the positive LMo needed " for xxxx job and if u say yes there . U will no need to put any LMIA number thats wt happened wdh me once . I got 600 but after realizing i did it right way .

Ok then, if they send their applications without having an LMIA they get banned for 5 years for misrepresenting themselves.

In that case, those people will just have to decline the invitation and update their profile. Also, CIC asks that you update any information and re-calculate points before accepting the invitation and submit the PR application. The notice stats that if, after the recalculation, you have become ineligible then you should decline the invitation. Those who still proceed then they are running a risk of misrepresenting themselves.

Just do NOT lie or exploit the system when creating your profile, plain and simple. Remember actual human will go through and verify your document.
