Any news from Montreal office

I called CIC and they told me that although on ecas it says that my file has been transfered to Montreal on Dec30, it is not yet received by Montreal. Apparently there is a long que for applications to be accepted at local offices! >:(

Finally, my file was transferred to local office on Feb 10, 2015. I am thinking it is scarborough office. Does anyone know an average time to get the next step either test or more docs? :o

no one knows as of now... keep our fingers x.

Hey guys and fellow new routiners :)

I was a silent observer until now as I received my email AOR 2 days ago. My timelime as follows

App received: 29th Nov
email AOR received: 13th FEB
Resident of Toronto.

I will keep you guys posted. Good luck to every one and congratx to new Citizens :)

Cheers.

Do all email AOR get the 4th line: transfer to office or for some it stays at the 3rd line in a routine normal case. My guess is for regular mail AOR applicants, there is no 4th line and for email AOR ones there is a 4th line. How true is this?

My son received mail AOR and I received email AOR . Both of us have a fourth line for our e-cas.

Gr8 thanks! Atleast I know when to expect something in mail. Hopefully ECAS is updated promptly.

For old Mail AOR, eCas does NOT get updated regularly. I got mail AOR, I have done the test too, but nothing about transferring my file to local office or Test invite in eCas.

Lol so I shouldn't rely on ecas anymore? My status has not yet in process but CIC is sending me a letter, it could be RQs or test invitation?

Best,

Best,

Just give CIC a call. I knew I was waiting for test invite a month prior to the actual test invite.
