I have applied for noc 2133 in december i am not sure of my selection but I wanted to know about something ?
I selected toronto as the city I will immingrate if I got selected .Later I realised Other provinces were better so If I got selected and got PER then can I change my destination?

You can land anywhere in Canada (except Quebec) and settle down there despite you did mention Toronto as your port of entry in generic application form.

As far as I know they did not call nor come to my office. I asked the main receptionist at my office she said when she was in the office no one called to inquire about me.
