I didn't mentioned that I was rejected US in my background declaration form.
I received my PER on 25th of November.
Now does this makes any issue later on?

You would have mentioned all real details earlier, VO may surely know the exact thing on verification thus, you may later re-submit the re-filled Background Dec. form with MR and RPRF.

I am noc 2132:, sep 26th applicant 'dd from nic bank ,no dd charged . any body got dd charged after this date???????

I was rejected US twice. Once in student visa and other in tourist visa.
And my spouse was rejected Canada student visa like 3-4 years back. And even we didn't mentioned about it.

I applied through consultant and advice me no need to keep about it and also the consultant immigration lawyer said the same thing. So I didn't mentioned.
Anyway did you applied on your own or did you went through consultant?

DD is even seen being charged for October 16 applicant named TTBN for his NOC 4011, but you don't panic mate its not that late. Generally, banks do not have clear information of collection & settlement of the international DD's issued by them. You just keep inquiring them, i advise you to inquire with the Treasury dept. of the certain bank at their Head Office. Good luck mate.
