Yes indeed I applied and got eligibility for CEC CRS = 449. though I am wondering about FSW. AM i missing there something. I did mention 15K in funds while applying and only thing I dont have is the arranged employment offer.

Arranged employment is not a requirement of FSW. It (with LMIA) just gives you additional 600 score to rank high enough at the moment to get an ITA right away.

But scores are coming down gradually and its safe to assume they would be low enough in a few months for people without LMIAs or PNPs to get ITAs.

You should check your score on the standard FSW calculator (old). Do you score 67 points on FSW scale? I suspect that might be the reason for ineligibility for FSW though it looks odd with an EE score in 400 range.

My profile: 33 years old, haven't applied yet but would be doing that shortly. Score is roughly between 850 and 900. working on an LMIA based job. Don't need to waste time or money on ECA for self or any of the things for spouse because i qualify CEC.

i m quite surprised to c ppl with 30+ ppl having 400+ points.. i thought 30+ would b disadvantage area.. lol

I think people are too influenced by age alone. It is certainly a factor but no as much as others.

I know somebody who is around 32 and his net score is around 510. He is a post doc researcher, has Canadian experience. Because those roles are LMIA exempt, unfortunately he doesn't get the additional 600. So, you get the picture :)
