Tony I guess that you choose your VO in China, right? So, you may find somebody similar to your situation to be able to estimate the processing time for your file. Good luck!

Hello guys,
I have a quick question.. the PhD International graduates PNP for Ontario does not require IELTS.. That means after getting nominated do I have to get the IELTS score to apply for PR or no need for it?

I received my GCMS notes which I ordered a month ago. The only information is the application was received at CPC-O on Feb. 03 ( PER was received on Jan. 15 ). By that time my application was not assigned to any officer for review. I have to wait more for medical.

It seems that the capture of my file is also done on Feb. 03 ( the same day as it arrived CPC-O ).

Did you mean you ordered it on Feb 3 and the updates are until Feb 3 only?

Yes, whenever you order these notes, your file is captured instantly but you will receive it one month later.

Don't worry. When my second line was updated in ECAS, I realized that I received MR on the day they started processing my application in Ottawa.
IMO, you should get it very soon.

P.S. regarding GCMS, sometimes, your file is created some days after your order. It happened to me.

I think, these days, CPC is working on provincial nominees applicants. One of my friends got landing fee request after 8 months of medical done. This may be a reason why late sept and early oct applicants are not getting anything.

Nothing much. Paper file sent out on Jan 23 and reached Ottawa on Feb3. after that, the file sits on the FSW registry. I don't know if there is any movement after Feb 11.
