In RPRF pdf receipt, does "client ID" mean that I have to write down my UCI?

Guys, I got a letter from officer that has given me 30 days to prove that I will leave Quebec. I have submitted my thesis and my defense is going to be in early April. Do you think this + the fact that I have some family member in the province I mentioned I want to reside in+ my communication with profs in the other proivnces for a postdoc position , will be enough?

I think you need to provide some stronger evidence. Having a house/apartment lease outside of Quebec, job offer, or post doc offer (not only communication) are some strong evidence of leaving Quebec.

Still waiting, one of my friends got MR early last week (He received PER on Jan. 8 ) but others who received PER late December are still waiting. :(

Yes the processing seems to be not in PER-issued-date order. I know a guy who got his PER the same date as me and he got MR last week. His initials made me think that between the batches of the file that Ottawa receives say every other week, files are sorted alphabetically. His initials are AA! This might be a silly guess, but if the files are really sorted alphabetically I am towards the end of the queue :P

I don't think so. According to what I have seen among my friends it is not necessarily based on alphabetic order. Still I am not sure about the trend. But even this happened to me regarding my PER. I got my PER very late though the time my CC was charged was in a right time.

Yeah you are probably right, that was a wild guess and I only had one example to back it up. The truth is I am being impatient and trying to find a pattern to estimate when it is going to be my turn ;)
