Thank you pyzdfr and AmrAdel.

What about first question, the story of landing for 4012s?

landing process is the same for everyone, you have two options either you go out of the country and come back at any port of entry and your status will be changed or you can call CIC call center and book an appointment at the closest CIC office to finalize your landing (it takes from 4-8 weeks to book an appointment)so most people go to the nearest border with USA and get rejection for entry and come back to Canada and become Permenat residents.why you have to do this i think its because your status have to change from one category to another.

Dear all,

Anyone can suggest a good Physician for Medical Exam in Toronto/Mississauga/Scarbourough, who can quickly finish and upload the ME results.

Thanks.

Hi Seniors,

My home address has been changed (within Canada),
since I filed my application on October 1.

NOW I can access my ECAS.. My question is should I
change my address or wait for PER??

thanks

I think it would be best to first wait for PER and then update them via email/mail.

You can update it online and it will take several days to appear on you account.
Personally, I think there is no downside for changing your mailing address right away. In fact, it seems to be necessary since if they decide to send sth to you physically and your address is not correct, then you might lose it.

Mine is still in progress.

From what I've seen, typically it takes between 2 to 5 weeks to get back your passport. However, we have seen numerous PPRs sent out this week. I expect to see the same number of PPRs in the next few weeks, which means there might be some delay in sending back passports. But, we need to be patient as it is the very last (and probably sweetest) stage.

Good Luck

Mine changed to decision made.

Hi Guys,
I have a UCI number. I just checked status I found the following line
1. We received your application for permanent residence on October 1, 2014.

I did not receive PER letter. When do I expect to receive PER?

Thank you for your answer.

did you put dash between the first four number of UCI no and the last four? I have the number on my study permit but it doesn't have dash between the numbers...

In my case it recognizes dash and without dash so both should work.

What is your time line?
