Who can please explain the process to me, for example, after cc charged, what will happen? Like when to receive PER or ECAS?
I am waiting to get my cc charged and wondering when I should get my PCC ready?
Thanks!!!

hope to get PPR today

Could you please share your timeline?

Guys, how long does it take to hear from CIC after they receive your application?
I mean, do they email you, charge your credit card, or what? Thanks!

They first charge your credit card and then email you and provide file number.

Thanks! Do you know how long does it take before they do that? Time between receiving the application and charging for it.

For me it took 2 weeks. But I know it takes more than that. For some cases it was more than a month.

My application received date is Oct 15 and the charged date is Dec 19th. But I see nothing in ECAS

I have similar timeline. App received date: Oct 14, CC charged: Dec 18. And I can't log into ECAS either.

My application was received on October 6 and CC charged on Dec 16 and I just got the
ECAS access on last Saturday.

So, think you will have it in few days.

Good Luck

That's a relief, thanks ali_ut88. Please inform me here once you could login to your ECAS or received you PER. I will do the same. Cheers,

I noticed a bunch of people got PPR. Did you get notified via email?
I still haven't heard from them and my status online still says in process. :(
I hope to turn grey in the list soon!!

actually quoting myself, because I just found out I won't get PPR because I'm from a Visa exempt country :)
I have to wait for a confirmation of my permanent residence via regular mail.

Since I'm just not familar with this, a few questions:
Do I have to go to a border or visa office with a confirmation?
Will they send me a PR card?
