I sent the RPRF receipt by email.
Do I need to send the hard copy too?

I did not send a hard copy Mina. I emailed that as well since they asked me to send it via email for fastest processing. None of my friends sent hard copy neither.

Any September applicants CC charged ? ???

My hard copy was in my lost Xpresspost envelope containing PCC as well, so literally I have only submitted an electronic copy!!!!!!!!!

As I know they are charging July and early August applicants right now. However, other users may have more accurate info.

When does CIC do security/back ground checks? after medicals or before? Any ideas?

You can order GCMS notes again and find it out. I am not sure when but at this stage you should be able to see it in GCMS file.

I think they check it after your positive eligibility decision, which means the time when they ask for medical tests.

You look frustrated darkknight!
I do not think that the delay for requesting passport from us is due to the security check. Some of us should have been passed by now.
I believe they do not work on our application now, since they are processing applications before us. When the time comes, they will ask for passport. I do not know when, but it depends how fast they process previous applications.

I agree with Dark-Diamond, darkknight1!, do not stress yourself or you will not be able to enjoy your permanent residence once you get it due to stress-induced illness. Look at my example, I was so stressed waiting for PCC and rushing to send it quickly and now what? LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just keep calm and enjoy Canada so far! ;D

Any idea regarding the latest PPR for FSW?

Thanks Dark_diamond. May be you are right. But even the old applicants are not getting PPR and there were no PPRs (at least for the forum members) after first week of October.

Okay. No more stress. :D

At least I can I say that there are some periods, which they ask for PPR and issuing visa. I remember I checked a forum where many provincial nominee applicants were there. Their applications were all "decision made" and they were waiting for PPR. They got "decision made" on late June, July and early August 2014. Specially late June applicants were really frustrated. However, all of them got PPR on September 24th and 25th at the same time.
It seems to me that they do not ask for PPR when your security or medical is done. There is certain time (which they decide) to ask for PPR.
