You're welcome :)

Include your activities between the time of application and the current date as well. Also, update your schedule3 form( Since the schedule 3 form has change for new rules, use the old one that you have used at the time of application)

According to page 29 of operation manual OP 6B (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06b-eng.pdf)

take into account any years of experience that occur between application and assessment, and for which the applicant has submitted the necessary documentation (R77);

They should give you points for experience between application and assessment. I updated my letters and schedule 3 and the officer gave me extra points for the experience between application and assessment.

Good luck!

Thanks for that info... :)

did you send your updated schedule 3 thru post or via email?

I sent it through post.

Hey guys,

I got an email from Ottawa today that I was "found eligible in the Class" I applied for. Is it safe to interpret this as a passed eligibility? I requested for my GCMS just recently.

In the same email, I was asked if I was married, even when I already included my wife, together with marriage evidence, on my application. Now that I am asked to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF), I wonder if the $490 is for me alone or I have to pay 2 times $490.

My last concern is about the biodata form attached to the email. I hope I don't need an expert assistance to fill the forms as the questions are basic.

Your comments will be appreciated.

Congrats on the update...did you get any other doc requests apart from the Proof of funds request you got in June last year..?

Hello everyone,

Did you have a title for you RA letter?
If so, how did you write the title?

Hey sgtrigger,

No, I didn't. I got only POF request prior to the medical request.

In my case my dept decided the title. However I attached a file to my application summarising the contents of each document.

May I know what is the title?

Hi guys, I received pass request from ottawa on March 3. I sent my pass a day after. Today I got the visa and went to the border for landing. The officer first asked for US I-94 and then I told him that I came from the city not from US and he finally consented to do my landing papers. So the rumour that the law has been changed and you cannot land without leaving the country anymore is not true. I think this forum is awesome and it helped me a lot in updating papers and stuff. I hope you all get your visa soon.
