Congrats! When did you receive you passport back?

I post my documents on Feb 21 with Xpresspost and it got there on Feb 26!! they post the passports on the same day and I got it on Feb 28.
I did not find Canada post well organized but it seems its the best option at least for returning package since in CIC email it says: I"f you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label, or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail. " I just see this today and I am not sure if it is talking about the individuals sending their passports from the United State or everyone.

You can ask for a refund of your money through Canada post if it took longer than 2 business days as it is a guaranteed service. It is too common.

What about their address? the one in the above link is assigned for TRV not for PR, Where should we send the PCCs?
I sent mine the last week to:
CIC
219 Laurier Avenue West
7th floor Section B
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

Does this address still valid for PR?

This is still the valid address for PR...just the name has changed...you'll find this address on the link posted by holygun in the FAQ number 6

Case Processing Centre – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1

Did you use RA as work experience?
How did you write the letter?

One of my friends was telling me that a student in his department got a call for medicals. His PER date was sometime around mid February 2013. Hopefully we start hearing soon as well.

A call?! Not an email?

Apparently they now have one email address for both TRV and PR: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
