Thanks. I used RA only for CEC application. Also I live in Quebec. But CIC didn't ask me about intention to leave Quebec.
I checked my GCMS notes, in October 2013 one VO (JDxxxxx) said he didn't accept my 2 years RA experience as I was studying fulltime. But in November 2013 another VO (BCxxxxx) said he would be inclined to accept my RA experience and he believed "I will leave Quebec when processing completed". I guess it's because my supervisor said on the RA experience letter that I would graduate soon in 2014.

Anyway, applying CEC with only TA/RA is like gambling, especially after Jan-02-2013 as the new rules became effective. And I consider myself extremely lucky.

Congratulations! For your CEC application, did you just use your TA/RA? Because I noticed for the PhD stream, you only have TA/RA.

Thanks. It seems they don't know I have two applications in parallel.
I only have one original FBI certificate and I sent it with my PhD application in April 2013. In November 2013 they asked FBI certificate for my CEC application. I told them it was with my PhD application and they took a while to locate it and attached a copy to my CEC application. Until then they knew that I have two applications in parallel.

Super quick! Congrats. Did they anywhere in the applications asked whether you have another permanent residency application in parallel?

That is right, you were extremely lucky!
Wish you the best of luck always!

Well, intake office, Sydney is awarding 5 adaptability points but these are taken off by CPP-O. Not quite sure about 'after may 4th' applicants.

Sarsanballa who applied on June 2013 was awarded those points by Ottawa.

I have got a job offer and I want to add it to my application. But I am not sure if I should also provide them with a labour market opinion for the offered position? If I fall in the third case of the following cases for arranged employment, then I have to add a positive labour market opinion as well which should be applied by my employer. But it will be a pain for my employer because they need to fill out some forms here (http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/jobs/foreign_workers/higher_skilled/arranged_offer/index.shtml) and apply for it, and even pay $200. It will be too much if I request them to do so right in the beginning of my employment. They gave me just an offer and do not like additional hassle.

Is here anybody that has such experience? Will I fall in the first case or the third one? Please advise if you know any single thing about adding a job offer. Thank you in advance.

Arranged employment
----------------------------------------
Case 1:
If you are currently working in Canada on a work permit and

Your work permit was issued by CIC based on a positive labour market opinion from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC),
Your work permit is valid when you apply for a permanent resident visa, and
Your current employer has made an offer to give you a permanent full-time job if your application is successful.

Note: You must also have a valid work permit, or you must be authorized to work in Canada without a work permit, at the time your permanent resident visa is issued.
---------------------------------------------------
Case 2 does not cover me.
---------------------------------------------------
Case 3:
If you do not currently have a work permit and you are not otherwise authorized to work in Canada before you have been issued a permanent resident visa OR you are currently working in Canada and a different employer has offered to give you a permanent full-time job OR you are currently working in Canada in a job that exempt from the requirement for a labour market opinion, but not under an international or federal-provincial agreement and

Your prospective employer has made an offer to give you a permanent full-time job if your application is successful, and
Your prospective employer has obtained a positive labour market opinion from ESDC

Merry Christmas!

Just got my RRPF request yesterday. Fingercrossed for the coming of medical request, cz everyone is in vacation.
