Is it possible to update the Language Score with a higher one after the application being submitted? As you did.

I hope so. But I am not 100% sure. My case will show that if they accept it or not.

In eCAS they updated the status of my application. I see my application is in process. How about yours? but still there is no file number or PER email from them. Confused..

Exactly the same, Do not worry about the email, from my experience , first they update the eCAS and then they will send an email.

I gave you four stars for being the first one overturning Ottawa's decision on this work experience bull-crap (okay, technically it was hooman2012, but you overturned their decision on selection factor as well).

I told you in my previous comments. Under 40K is legal. Sarrafies do this all the time.

Ya, I think it's fine. Section 5d of the amendments mentioned that transactions are prohibited unless it is

financial services in respect of non-commercial remittances of $40,000 or less sent to or from Iran or any person in Iran, if the person providing the financial services keeps a record of the transaction

Also, I think aidina already has the money here. Since he and his wife each brought less than 10k, as long as he can show the transactions from the bank accounts from which he withdraws the money, I think it should be fine.

Yes, I believe that they do update IELTS scores.

The officer referred to the updated IELTS exam of beh467 in his decision letter. I also updated my IELTS and they awarded me more points in the GCMS notes that I ordered recently.

Is there any body in this forum, who reported higher language score after application and Ottawa accepted it.

I completed Landing today. My journey to PR ends here. This forum was very helpful to me. I joined this forum when there were only 50 pages of posts and now there are about 600 pages and hundreds are more to come.. I will keep visiting this forum once in a while though we already discussed most of the issues related to this category.
