Wow, a lot of developments today, after a very grim couple of weeks this month. Congratulations to all, especially those who have just recently received medical requests :)

Ottawa asked for PCC + POF + CV. Does it mean that my file is evaluated and I have passed it ?

Hard to say, but I think that, if Ottawa sent you a request for any document, they at least find your job description satisfactory, and that you have enough points to be eligible. Usually, the rejected applications due to job description mismatch or not enough points got their rejections BEFORE they got any requests for documents.

i believe it has to do with the BFD...sine ASG is a February applicant and the BFD for her medicals is March...they decided to give her 30days..but in your case you are a june applicant...so your BFD for medicals is later on i presume and so they give you more time!...another one of my theories ;D

I wish I had received Med request, but no, still nothing

anjuku has a point. My BFD for medical is March 21. I'm assuming yours should be similar (if you order your CAIPS notes), or even earlier, since it's not based on when you got PER, but rather, application date. Let's say yours BFD for medical is March 15, then by then, it's either rejection, or medical request, thus, the need to finalize everything as quickly as possible. All the same, if you're confident of your bank statement history, consider yourself in a very good position, as a lot of people that already got their PR's indeed got asked to provide this history.

I didn't submit my PCC along with the application, can I submit it anytime after getting the PER or wait for the VO request?

One of my friends was wondering about this too. I think anjuku submitted her PCC after she submitted her application and PER, but we do not know yet whether they would be okay with this, or if they would request her for another one.

I'm assuming it should be fine. I can tell for sure that whatever you send to them would be matched up with you application, though in the case of work experience gained after application, it will probably not be accepted. Other than that, I don't see how sending PCC (or even bank statement) without request can hurt (though make sure you have two copies, so if they do request it for real, you have backup).

I have also similar doubt.

Today I have posted my application. I have not included PCC too

Instead I had added a line on a sheet that PCC will be sent on request, don't know if I should have done this.

That will not matter.
As suggested by asbereth we arrange 2 pcc. One for backup and another to submit after PER.

Have any other 2012 Feb applicants heard anything from CIC?
