Yes. Let them know if finished. They may request you to submit updated docs to prove that.

GUYS. Give a look here:

Under question 1. Nothing about the MI-4. We have no guarantees were processing times will get much faster this year there.

I do not know why they do not provide any information about us.

Probably it is not a big deal to them. and thus, they take the MI-4 Buffalo to CPP-O transfer as BAU (Biz as usual)

I would say that this statement:

All files received between June 26, 2010 and June 30,2012 will be assessed in 2013

would apply to MI-4 applications as well. Not sure about what about applications received after July.

Hi all. I got rejected the last week because my RA work experience and my previous work experience from my back home did not match the NOC job duties. So disappointed. :(

This really sucks dude. Did they request other Police certificates and/or bank history? You should try to apply again as soon as you can.

It Sucks, I know. It will most probably happen to me as well. The bad side is that, I even did not include my work experience from Iran. I just claimed my RA/TA, and, unfortunately, my reference letter was not terribly detailed as it should be. We should have been more concerned. We did not take it seriously, otherwise who does not know that a PhD. student prepares results, writes papers and reports, and conducts laboratory experiments (as listed under the NOC code :))

I'm so sorry to hear it. I'm also afraid of my duties listed on the reference letter. It just matched one to two points of the duites on the relevant NOC.
What's your NOC from your back home?

You sure it is the same person? It really does seem so. Pity him/her didn't share the good news with us.

Could you please share with us your NOC code and the duties on the reference letter to see how they assess these documents?
It will be helpful for those who are preparing their application.

Did you check the NOC code with the duties listed in your letter? Are you sure they are right about that? You have about 10 days to appeal the decision to the federal court! So think about that, it will be shorter than applying again.

TyrusX,

just want to update that I resent my application which was returned on Dec. And it delivered and arrived on Dec. 24th. Sadly, haven't been CC-ed yet.

I haven't checked this thread often recently, since I'm working on submit my initial dissertation by this Monday. The PR application thing seems doesn't go well, see a lot of rejections in the sheet. Sorry to heard about this.
