I appreciate if you share your experinece with me in this matter,

I got my application back this week.
They want to receive the letter of the university in sealed envelope.

Hello Salam20,

As I found, your application was returned and they asked for the sealed attestation letter (about two month agoe, Aug26)
I'm about to submit my package next week but mine is not sealed as well.

Would you explain how did you finally resolved your problem.

Thanks Dani1982,

But as you can see in my previous post,
I review the forum and on the page 170, I found a post from salam20 that his application is also return because his letter was not sealed.

I really don't wanna experience the same problem, So, if anyone had any experience please share with me.

Check the link:

It gives the mailing address for PhD stream application:

I applied after salam20 , and I got the PER recently. My letter was only stamped and signed officially by dean of graduate studies, I think having an official stamp is a must and it does not need to be sealed , but you can go for both just to be sure

Yes, We should send the package to the Sydney,
But I think in the application form (I mean Generic Application Form) we should choose CPP Ottawa as a Immigration office since we are studying and applying from Canada

NO CC YET FOR ME.

Hello

I've a question regarding your TA and RA experience in the university.
I've the copy of my contract in addition to the letter of my supervisor, who I work for him as an RA.
But all of the above-mentioned letter doesn't have university stamp.
No one put an stamp on that?

Any suggestion?

My application was returned 2 days ago again.
Reason:
' Your application is not accompanied by an acceptable letter for the following reasons:
It does not bear the college/university seal of the issuing Canadian educational institution.'

There might be something wrong and weird, did the dean of graduate studies in your university issue the attestation letter? did that letter have an official stamp? maybe your dean made a mistake, can you post the letter here to see what is wrong ?
