Well, actually, crazyleader did get the request email, and it asked for 6 months of bank account activities, and this was precisely why we thought that it was due to his nationality, since we got three Iranian applicants (Shomo, crazyleader, MASOUD2011) that have received such request. Both Shomo and crazyleader have PER dates later than some of our early March PER guys, so that's why we thought it was due to them being from Iran.

I asked crazyleader directly. He told me he is not requested to provide 6-month activity.

Actually I was asked to provide the 6 month activity, however I have not given them more than balance for now, to see if they would ask me again.

At first I called them and they confirmed their mistake then I sent a regular mail including an attached copy of OP-6 (Revised 2011-06-17, page 44), and also the instruction guide. I mentioned that it clearly states that the 5 points should be awarded for those who have completed two years of full-time study, regardless whether the program has been completed or not.
They replied by email after 1 month.

Thank you very much.

yes, I did email them today, but I was confused with this "within processing time" business! aren't all of our applications within processing now? I hope they respond anyway.

ok, they responded today (I emailed them on Fri) and they say that my case "is currently awaiting eligibility assessment at this office" and I should submit my police certificate to their office now.

Today, I found I cannot access my ecas on-line status. When I check my on-line status, the screen says:
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:..."

Did CIO remove the information for the NER cases at all?

Is anyone who experienced such case before?

I concerned about if this will affect my appeal process for the adaptability points.

One of my friends could not access his eCas status just hours before it got updated, so the same thing could happen to you as well? Anyway, did you appeal already, and have you heard anything from them?

Congratulations, I guess? Apparently the CPP Ottawa too is re-reviewing eligibility for the applicants. Hopefully they have the same interpretation of the selection factors and the minimum requirements as the CIO so that those that have received that PER won't be rejected on this basis (actually, I hope that those that have received their PER won't be rejected for any reasons at all) :) Anyway, I too have just sent an inquiry email to Ottawa, asking them whether they have received the corrected forms I sent to Buffalo. Let's see how that goes as well.

I appealed last month. I just called call centre they said CIO hasn't opened my email yet. I think they may remove my data on-line. Hope that will not complicate my appeal. :(

Ya, based on some of the applicants that have appealed, it seems that you would have to wait about 4 - 6 weeks before hearing anything back from them, especially if you appeal through email. Did you try sending them a fax (though I'm sure whether this is recommended since you sent them an email already)?

Thank you asbereth, I sent CIO an email and a regular mail last month.

Hi Aron,
I have the same problem. I do not know what is going on but I do not think anything
that we should be concerned about.

My ECAS status changed into processing begun. I think everyone those have heard from Ottawa has this processing begun date.

What I am thinking, we can remove the 2nd AOR and put this processing begun field instead. What do you think?

Mine is still "WE RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION ...".

Hi snow_walker, did you send your PCC to them? It could be because they had received what they requested that your eCAS changed? Also, what date showed up on the status? Congratulations, anyway :D

I agree. I check mine this morning but nothing new to report. Since I'm a late January applicant, it may take a while if they are processing based on
the date they first received applications instead of PER date.
