Yes, that's the so called "PER" --- Positive Eligibility Review. Congratulations. ;)

I just received a request for my police clearance certificate... :) My ECAS status is still same.

I think everyone's MR will follow shortly. Good luck to everyone ;D

Congrats snow_walker :D :)

Well, maybe they performed background check first and then snow-walker will get his medical soon.

Actually, I think they perform background check before sending medical request. PCC is a part of the background check and PCC request before MR seems more logical to me. I myself was prepared to get PCC request before MR.

Could you please tell me what will happen next?

Where can i check my online status?

I didn't put my email address in the application so they sent me a letter by post.

Normally, we would get 2nd AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) after PER, but apparently, it would not be the case, at least, not for PhD stream applicants who sent their applications to Ottawa (Buffalo). So, if you didn't include bank statement or PCC with your application, then Ottawa would probably send you a request for these documents, otherwise, most likely it would skip straight to medical (such as what had already happened with jessiezz and ejamal). To check your online status, use the following link:

Yeah, I suppose it makes sense, even though I've heard people getting their applications the other way around. Anyway, should we then start putting red for people that have heard something from Ottawa, but not yet received medicals?

I haven't included my PCC either, I wonder if I should send it to them before they ask to speed things up!?

Has anyone contacted CPPO? I don't find any phone number (just fax).
I remember couple of people talked about contacting them to see where their application is, what number did you call?

HI AF,

I email them and they reply in 3 days. As long as your are not asking about a submitted application with the time frame (processing time) they will most probably reply to you

yes, I did email them today, but I was confused with this "within processing time" business! aren't all of our applications within processing now? I hope they respond anyway.

Thanks you guys provide some much valuable information.

I filed the application for FSW3 on May 23 2012, got credit card charged on May 31, and received my PER today(June 8). I only use TA and RA experience. only 1 applicant in my application.

A question: If received PER, does this means that I got at least 67 points, or did they check the points yet? Thanks in advance.

Yes this is just their template for auto reply. But I believe they will reply by next week

Congrats, hsn893!

You just send them an email? Did they reply to you by email or regular mail?

Is there any applicant from U of T here?
