I am 100% sure everything is OK. The letter was issued from my graduate studies office. And they did not mention anything about total number of points..
Should I fax the copy of my letter ?? I have tried calling them but it just only the recorded message..

We are 4 guys who got same email today. They didn't mentioned any points just rejection due to currently enrollment/two years study. We had provided the same letter with other people from our university who already got PER. Also for three of us the rejection email was signed by service delivery agent "JM". which university are you attending? we are from university of Western Ontario.

"Although you have indicated enrollment in a doctoral (PhD) program in Canada, there is insufficient evidence on file that you are currently enrolled in and completed at least 2 years in a PhD program delivered by a provincially or territorially recognized private of public post-secondary educational institution located in Canada."

Ok. I remember one guy here stating he applied with about 1.5 years, because his university had 3 semesters a year and that made it equivalent to 2 years.
Do you guys have a similar thing, I wonder? In this case this will probably not suffice. What else did you send as a prove you were enrolled in the PHD?
Did you guys send your PHD transcripts too?
Any Cover Letter?

We all are Iranian.
her suggestion:
"Each person who has received a rejection should immediately send another copy of the Attestation letter that they got from the School Of Graduate and Post Doc Studies (signed by Linda Miller) that was presumably sent in with your application. I would also suggest that you include a cover letter stating that you are currently still enrolled and have been studying, as indicated by the letter of attestation, for at least two academic years . I would also print off and send along your course summary/transcript pages from the registrar's website."

May I ask, who requested a document? and what was the requested document?

The cap is at 674 now. Moving ever slowly of late. Perhaps its a combination of the PhD students being on break / travelling for conference plus also we had the long Victoria Day weekend.

It's from:OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

carol_0130, it must've been a very long wait, but congratulations :D !!!

Hi moonbow2010, I got a feeling that your information had been entered incorrectly on the spreadsheet, can you update us your timeline again?

Do you know if any of the MI-3 applicants (with any VO) has received their visa yet? I know that as late as Oct/Nov MI-3 applicants have gone as far as passport requests, but maybe some post-July ones have already gotten their visa?

I think so. Check out the following from FSW instruction guide:

Hi , my timeline is my application reached CIO on Feb.27, I got PER from CIO on Mar.21.
