I got an email from CIO-Sydney that they will try their best to attach my new payment form to my file.

Note: I have not received PER yet and they have yet to transact the application fee.

What is the date your notes are generated? you can find it in the bottom of pages. It is Date Generated:

It is 2013-07-26. However, in the third line of first page it is mentioned that 'updated date' is 2013/06/27. I'm not sure that 'not started' related to security is for 7/26 or 6/27. In either case, it's bad news!

I receiverd my GCMS note too. File is generated on July 25,2013.

The assessments are :

Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Security: Not started

My security was previously in progress but since the officer rejected me because of IELTS score calculation error all the medical, criminal check and security have been cancelled at the rejection date. After they have reopened my file, the status of security is changed to not started (According to application section of GCMS notes, this has been done on July 22, 2013)

Note that you could track the progress of your security screening by sending a case specific inquiry to CSIS under the privacy act. They will not disclose the results of their screening but would inform you if it is still in progress or not....

The interesting thing is in their email they have mentioned "You also have the right to request the correction of any errors or omissions you believe to exist in any of the enclosed information which originated with Citizenship and Immigration Canada."

I think they only hide the information regarding the security because different steps of security screening are confidential.

Why do they omit some information from the report?

In security screening they evaluate 'security worthiness' of an applicant against many factors such as counter intelligence (spying), subversion etc etc...since all these are related to national security in a way they cannot disclose any of their findings as per the security act

They have forgotten to hide this!

Our update date is 2013/04/09. And the 'new value' is 'not started'.

At least now we are sure that our security check is not started

For me, this section is :

Field name: Security
Old value: in progress
New value: not started

So, my security which was in progress before, now has changed to not started!

Go to the NOTES section of your GCMS notes and see if SL has analyzed your application.
It seems that SL has analyzed your application and has not awarded any points for your experience.
If it is the case, update you work experience letter as soon as possible.

A work experience reference letter should match the lead statement of the selected NOC. Moreover, substantial number of duties under the selected NOC should be in your duties mentioned in the reference letter.

Just a follow up, I checked the NOC which is not matching to the lead statement as said by you. But the lead statement of another NOC is matching should I send a change request to them. Is that way accepted. Any thoughts..
