really, that would be very unfortunate. Actually if the employer did not watch NOC, that would be an issue. Most employers actually do not know such kind of word game!

Guys, my app was denied as my lead statement doesn't match the noc. Is there anyway to appeal or reasses without have to reapply?

I am so sorry to hear that! I know how much is tough to hear this decision, but keep positive please, you may want to send them a reconsideration email, at least they will explain what was wrong with your reference letter, so the next time it will be a rock solid.

Would you please share your reference letter and their rejection email, is it just the leading statement or the job description in general? Take your time to reply, I understand how you feel right now!

I received an email from OttPilot-Immigration today asking to pay the RPRF. Their email was the same as what anjuku and GeoCanadian got:

This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose.

We wish to remind you at this time that your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:

The email was sent from GG06553. I did not receive the medical request yet.

I tried following the link in the email (https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en) but it does not appear to be working. (The requested URL /epay/welcome.do was not found on this server.) I remember that some people on this thread had this very issue before. How did you resolve it? Did the website start working after some time, or did you use a different link?
