The political side of MP is not important. All of the MPs have equal weight for such acts.

Is anyone still waiting for MR? I feel I am the last one still waiting for MR.

Don't worry. I am October 1st applicant and am still waiting for MR. :(

Yes, i got the second line 2 weeks ago!

We are in the same timeline.

If the call centre agent confirmed that the passport request has been sent to you, I would just send my passport regardless, with a short note saying "I haven't received the email that you sent me on May 27, but the CIC has confirmed, over the phone, that you have requested for my original passport on May 27".

I am really not sure. It is so frustrating. The agent told me it will take up to 3 months to process my request. I really don't know what to do.

Well, that's a good point. I actually asked the agent if I can just send my passport in anyways, she answered no. Because there might be some procedure to follow in the email. At least they need me to print the email correspondence and attach it with my passport.

In any event, I don't want to risk losing my passport. :( I wish I can just send in. :(

I think it's better to follow the call center agent advice and wait until you receive the PPR email. In a sense that you have sent an email to CPC-Ottawa in this regard (same as some other applicants), you should be fine. DON'T WORRY! ;)

Hi everyone,
Finlay I got the RFV Email right now. ;D :D

I hope all of you get it as soon as possible.

Seniors:

What do I need to send with my Passport to CPC-Ottawa?
There was no document request in the RFV email.

If I send my Passport with Canada post Xpress, which one should I choose?

Canada Post:
CPC – Ottawa
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON K1G 4B9

Courier:
CPC – Ottawa
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

Thats a horrible idea! You should believe the call center guys but only carefully! I have called them numerous times in past and each one has a different opinion to offer! Anyways I hope he got his RFV today~
