I became PR in August, 2012 and came back to India for some work to be completed. Now I am moving permanently to Canada next month. I need to know that whether it is advisable to buy Iphone 5 from India which will cost me around Rs. 38k to Rs. 40k (i.e. $700) or should I buy it when I reach Canada. The point is I will be using it just for net browsing and very limited calling. I don't want to go in for 3yr contract or something like that as I will be having a pre-paid connection for my limited usage. Pls advise guys...
