I need some help, I am a new permanent resident and will be going to Toronto by next week and there are no relatives of mine in Toronto.
I have contacted many people regarding getting an apartment on rent "online" but don't seem to get any reply.
However, when I go there, can you please tell me what procedure you followed to get an apartment on rent.
normally 3 things are needed
1. employment letter
2. bank statement
3. 2 references
I have bank statement which shows having enough funds to pay the lease of 1 year however I don't have any employment letter because this is the first time I will be searching a job there.
Can you please tell me about any solution ? how did you get an apartment there on rent ?
I am looking for apartment (2BR) in Thorncliffe area.
