Most of the applicants get PPR in two months from Ottawa after BG Check in progress for second time.

That's the nicest comment I read today. If your observation is accurate I'll be expecting a decision in a month's time since my BG check went In Progress the 2nd time last month. Fingers crossed.

Your bg check has been changed from in progress to not needed at this time so quickly but mine still remain same since June 30.have you ever received ghost email before Nitz?

Yes I received ghost email when my medical passed and 1st BG check in progress from 'Not Started and another ghost email when it went to In Progress the 2nd time from 'Not Needed

You should check your Spam folder for PPR email, I read an applicant received his PPR email and retrieved it from Spam folder and then received a ghost email at the same time but no notification on his MyCIC account.
I think your file is on its final stage.

hi guys, just one question. My background check is not needed from day one but everybody is saying there's is not started then in progress then not needed at this time. Does that have to be not started in the begining? Thanks

Usually it's 30 days. If you are lucky enough, you may get early. IMO - Don't expect anything prior to 10th Oct.
