I have been trying to create a login and post my timeline but somehow it didn’t happen until now… but here goes

Not this month..by december buddy..may aors are left,.so dont worry...yes my bg check took a very long time to go into not needed..only one day to not needed..then again in progress..before that it was in progress for 4 months..

I applied same employer work permit now for BOWP. Before I had PGWP new employer.
So, I doubt whether they might reject my same employer work permit BOWP.
Please advise

I think u r talking about the 3rd question in the BOWP application form IMM5710. The answer could be work permit with the same employer or new employer, as far as u pay the $100 fee for open work permit and received an AOR, u are fine, they will grant u an open work permit.

But if you only have a Provincial Nomination u will get a closed work permit. If u are sponsored by the employer, that particular employer will be named in the WP and if you applied for PN on your own, i don't know how the work permit will be. I have seen AINP nominees, who applied under the paper based PR, received WP that is restricted to the category of job and province they can work without naming any employer.

Good point brother..i believe it depends on the program whether wp will be closed or not..employer driven or not..for example bc or ab..not ontario coz its not employer driven

and after you mention "kabayan", he was surprised and mistakenly learned that you are a filipino because of saying that filipino word.

by the way, here in the PH, most of the time we used the word nosebleed when one experiences a hard time conversing in English..like having a hard time to grasp the exact words to express something.lol..in exaggerated and funny way.
it doesnt really mean the nose bleeds.hehehe. , i think, it's no big deal you gave him once.. (peace cuteness7 :-* )
