Hi , Lazybone , thanks for take time to help out, I am inland cec with LMIA and permanent job offer . i got 2 require email on 27 sep 2016

one is for Schedule A ,question 6
and other one is for new passport ( my old one is expire in feb 2017 ),which is said :

Dear xxx,

We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:
5xxxxxx9 - xxx:
 Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document Expire less than 6 months. This must be received at this office by: 2016/10/05.
Please note that the requested information/documents must be received within 7 days from the date of this correspondence. Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account.
If we do not receive the information/documents within 7 days, your application will be assessed based on the information we have on file, meaning your application could be refused as incomplete.

i am wonder if it is all looks alright atm , what step i am at now

here is my timeline :

ghost email : 2016/07/13
Medical: Passed on 2016/07/13
BK check: Not needed to in progress on 2016/07/13
Doc Require for Schedule A ,question 6 2016/09/26
Doc Require for new passport 2016/09/27


Also I ordered my gms notes on 13 oct so i think it will know more after that .

That's a little difficult to predict given your timeline.... it will be better if you check with thread members who are CEC with LMIA to actually track your progress...notes will also help- its good that you have ordered for them...

don't go by the format of the letter they have sent you...its a usual format that they send out...

is your bg check first time or second time? or did it go to not needed at any point of time during those document requests?

okay...now that you have submitted the documents, it will go not needed after some time...then again when it goes in progress 2nd time...that's when PPR is a month away...that's what usually happens for FSW and CEC inlands

I would much rather prefer notes rather then going by the bg check...people do use it to track progress...but it isn't really accurate...

Keep us updated on your notes and Please fill your details on our tracker so we can give you updates/or you can check for yourself...

Apply for it is my opinion...PM cuteness7 and ask him coz he applied for it pretty late in the process...Im sure he will help...quoting him for your reference...ideally you should apply 4 months before WP is due to expire...

The ASSESSMENTS on the 2nd page shows Eligibility as 'Not Started', whereas the very last note, which is for EE Eligibility says "I have verified under Section 11.2...and make the following determination. RECOMMENDATION:***Appears to meet requirements*** Ready to Finalize..."

Is this normal? Is my eligibility check done or anything else needs to be done. Please clarify. Thanks in advance

Page 1 Pv2 (means provincial nominee)

Vo: ndvo,

aor 21/jun

Page 2 assessments-criminality and meds passed, eligibility and security not started

Pg 129-131- 2 means You, principal applicant 1 means spouse, spousal applicant ..admissibilities refecting criminality passed..security pending..obviously no security-criminality for your child coz hes under 18 (see 2 or 1 beside criminality or security)

Page 165-166 application-transfered to ndvo to update eligibility

Page 179 last activity 11.2 ee mi met from cio (ndvo will update eligibility) application transfered on jun/30

Page 211 R10 completeness check OK

Page 212 a11.2 met from CIO notes 23

Page 212 notes 25 ready to finalize from cio

Your notes are good my friend...eligibility will be updated by ndvo...ndvo updates eligibility right at the end..notes donot reflect if you had paid rprf upfront but it looks like you did..

A month and a half or lesser given your notes..cant say when..all depends on ndvo..pnp outlands from ndvo get PPR approx 5 months from AOR..
