I files for my PR under CEC Inland with LMIA. I did not attached any of my Paystubs except T4 and NOA. Is this gonna cause any problem to my application. Was thinking about sending CIC my paystubs. Is this gonna help?

you can reach them by CSE

Or, you can wait till they ask for it.

I have reached CSE to submit some doc.

Also they have contacted me for additional Doc. as well

Are you PNP (not from residence province)? If not then you don't need to show any address proof.

I have nomination of Sask. I want to know that can i land in Alberta and live there with my brother for the first few days and then move to sask

You can land anywhere in Canada however you will have to show the intent to moving to Sask also note that after landing you need to provide a SASK address for the PR card to be delivered.

Got PPR on 22 Jun and visa office London. Asked them to change application submission office from Islamabad to Riyadh. More than a week now but no response. Raised CSE as well but still waiting response.
Tried calling IRCC call centre but again not hope. Please advise

BG check consists of 2 parts - documents check and Security check. The first one includes also the verification of ref. letters, so gcms notes even show that they can web search for a company's information, and may call an employer in case they need some clarification.

this probably means your police certificate is OK, and your BG will change into progress again as soon as they start your security checks.
