Yes its a holiday today for all Visa Offices.

Everytime i logged in my CIC account, i was kicked out to main page 5 or 6 times before successfully logged in. Does anyone here have the same problem?

yes I have been having this issue from the very first day and till now. I just switch browsers. If I am kicked out on Chrome, I try Safari or Explorer and it works.
