AOR -IRCC PR PROCESS - DECEMBER OINP NOMINATED

Hi guys, I have a problem :o

My wife was logging in my account, and she answered all the security questions incorrectly :o

I waited for one day, and the next day when logging in, it shows:
Your account has been locked. You are no longer able to recover you account online :o

What should I do ?

Click on report a technical issue on the t&c page, enter the details, and cic will reset it for you.
 
Congrats bestofluck on your bgc status change. I really hope you get the ppr soon.
Question: did you get an email notifying the change in the status?

I have the exact same credentials but aor is on December 11th and don't know yet which office is processing my application.

Glad to see all the progress folks have been making nearly 2 months in and nothing on my end ::)

I was wondering - are non-inland - folks able to ask for GCM notes ( I may have made a mistake with that acronynm) ?
can I email in to see if atleast my documents have passed the initial "completeness" check
where does one check if their app has been passed onto a visa office ?

1. if you are outland, you can either ask friend to order them for you or use one of the GCMS services to order them (more expensive choice)
2. Unless your application passed 6 months, they will not respond on such questions (or they rarely do). So GCMS are the best option
3. same as point 2.

I contacted the CPC CTD Ottawa through email to get my VO and UIC#,

in reply got the UIC# and the following note:

"Your application (E00XXXXXXX) is at CIO for intake."

Could someone help me understand what this could mean?

Appreciate your help.

CIO refers to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia....

Not sure why the email said "for intake" though...
