I think the pattern of ghost email followed by PPR after few days was for inland applicants only.

The title is Ready for Visa / Prêt pour Visa and it came from the CIC office in Paris. It's funny because I'm in Canada right now but I have to send all my documents to Paris... might give CIC a call...

That is the normal trend recently. It takes 24 hours to get a ghost mail after BGC goes in progress. You are closer to a PPR than ever before.

I got the same email. I re-activated it, but I don't think it will affect the PPR anyhow...

once when you reactivate it does it give you any error that you entered invalid express profile number or job seeker validation code even though you entered the correct one?
I am wondering why i am getting this error since my job bank profile is showing as active. Please advise.
