AOR in OCTOBER - let's get together

Hi Folks,

I'm FSW-outland, AOR 20th October posting for the first time here. Just to let you know that my BGC just turned to "in-progress". Hoping for good news in the near future. Good luck all!

I am outland federal skilled pnp applicant, application submitted on oct 09 and medical passed, back ground check started after one week. 4 march cic asked to submit schedule A. And my husband working in canada.
We still waiting for ppr. After submitting schedule A background check changed to no need at this time.

My BG check - In progress just now -16 March. AOR 21 Oct, Meds passed - 22 oct. FSW - Outland, hope PPR soon.

There was no profile updated or ghost mail. I checked the profile and status was changed.

They do but judging from the past few months the ppr rains usually happen between. 10AM and 2:00PM Eastern (ottawa) time.

Let's see what happens tomorrow

I just received the ghost email 5 minutes ago after seeing the UPDATED status in CIC website 2 days ago. Hope the PPR is coming!! Fingers crossed... Good luck everybody!!!!!!

What is your Background check currently at? "In Progress" or "Not needed at this time" ? What have been your application changes after AOR?

Just logged into myCIC and the status has changed to 'Updated' as against the usual 'Submitted'. No material change in any other Status though. BG check is still 'Not Started'. But some movement finally

ME TOOO! Hope this means the waiting game will soon be ending!

Background check is in progress since 16 Nov. Medical passed 10 Nov. AOR is 31 Oct. I also received a ghost email on 15 Nov, and it has been quiet since then. Today I received the ghost email after 4 months torturing waiting since 16 Nov. Hope the PPR is coming soon. Good luck all!!!!!!

Your BGC is already in progress, which means you are in the final stage of your application. So most likely now you will receive the PPR mail, no more ghost emails.

Schedule 4/4a request : 27/01/2016 , submitted 28/1/2016
Schedule A request : 04/02/2016 , submitted 04/02/2016
RCMP finger prints request : 04/02/2016, submitted 15/02/2016
B/G in progress from 26/1/2016 until now
RPRF : upfront
Is that normal that B/G still in process ? is he supposed to turn to not needed at this time after a couple of weeks ?

Congratulations to all who received PPR today. All the best to rest of us. I think it was the day of FSW Outlanders today, let's hope we inlanders too get some good news soon

Hope so. BG check is the last step for outlanders, I doubt it is the last step for Inlanders. As so many Inlanders get their BG started a few days after AOR. Usually ghost email is the sign of PPR
