Bsandy, when you filled in your wes details while submitting the application, did you choose the same option on the CIC form as was mentioned in your WES evaluation or you entered what your actual degree was. For example if WES report said 3 years equivalent whereas supposed you had actually done 4 years course, what did you choose?

I missed the actual numbers you had mentioned in your original quote hence asking with examples.

what ever my wes report has for canadian equivalency for each degree i have filled the exact term ... like for example ... my wes report says for my 3 yr bachelors in business as canadian equivalency of 3yr bachelors degree ....

I got my gcms notes .... In the agent review notes ..... It says : Credential is not consistent with level of education claimed by PA under EE elegibilty . Credential reported to be bachelors degree ( four years) while PA has indicated three bachelors degrees .

Is this normal ???

I have 3 bachelor degrees , one done full time ( four years) and other two are done part time ... And got all of them assessed by wes .... Summary from wes indicates bachelors degree -4 years ...

Also notes states that . Pa answered yes to statuary questions . See edoc for explanation.

This is the note I was referring to, your ECA shows 4 years bachelor's and CIC finds that you have entered 3 years. So that's the mismatch that they have found. Anyways to be safe, I feel you can send them a CSE explaining it. I have heard that even if CIC finds some minor error and they deduct the points allocated to that aspect, if your total points is still above the cut off from your ITA score, its OK. I hope some seniors can shed some light on this aspect. Also, is ECA mandatory for CEC, I don't think it is. So should not be an issue.

It's correct. If both CRS threshold and FSW/CEC criteria are still met, it should be OK even if the applicants made some minor mistakes. But there's no harm in raising a flag and explaining the issue, if you truly found a mistake in your application.

isnt she fine since the notes say that she have selected 3 years bachelor where ECA reports tells that candidate has 4 years bachelor as per my understanding, points for 4 years bachelor will be either same or more than 3 years bachelor? Why will visa officer deduct her points?

We received ITA in mid August and the completed application was submitted (including all dues and medicals) on 9 October 2015. However have got no update till date from CIC. Is this normal?

Anybody got their VO changed from CPC-Ottawa to Centralized Intake Office for working load? I got this in my GCMS notes.
AOR 25th Oct, Medicals passed and SchA request 27th Oct, FSW Outland.
