Are you an Inland applicant or outlander. If you are inlander forget about your application and continue with your daily work. Because CIC *censor word* guys are not bothered about of Inlanders. For them at this point Refugees are more importent than the Economic immigrants

Sir/Ma'am, So hypocritical to sit in the comfort of your home with internet connection and comment about cic giving preference to refugees who are running for their lives. And who said that we who are applying for PR are better or more qualified than Refugees? I guess with Canadian PR you also need to have some Canadian values. I am not here to start a debate or a fight. Apologies if you feel i crossed my limits.

I ordered mine here...waiting time is 30/40 days...at least it was when I was ordering in December...

I have almost the same notes from the program assistant at CPC-O after the two reviews at CIO. Only difference is that I am the PNP-Inland. Not sure if there will be another review after this are not but for now my application is under criminality check process even though RCMP screening and PC is clean with NRT comments. Also, security and eligibility mentions to be not started.

In my case security and eligibility are PASSED...same with medical, PASSED...again,all looks ok for now,hope it will stay like that

It depends, if you were doing an LMIA job OR you applied in CEC, then you are POF exempt.

If neither of above cases apply, then yes as per CIC policy you need POF though I don't know how strict they are actually. I suspect that they may or may not ask. But again if you didn't apply in either of above cases, you showed proof of funds - right? So it should be with you in any case.

then you can use any third party website
e.g
