You can ignore that part.. its just referring to your name and UCI number... u r just suppose to submit schedule 4 and for schedule 4A just upload LOE stating its not applicable to you.. hope dat helps...

I have passed medicals a month ago and no activity on account and no luck with ECA's too since there was a technical glitch

Too much wait time. What could be the reason for updating ECAS as decision made but not updating my CIC.
