Congrats, it is quite fast. Just two months, 6 days from AOR to PPR. Some guys were saying PNP is slowest, but your case proves exceptional. congrats again.

Congratulations mate, that was fast! I hope the PPR flow stays high.
Looks like the CIC folks have had a great relaxing time in the holidays time and they have returned in the office fully charged and determined to complete the pending work from 2015 .

I will be watching closely as well as I am in similar situation ;D

Outland with province nomination (SINP) and got my AOR on 4th Nov. Last correspondence was on 27th Nov to resubmit schedule A and nothing has changed since then.

Fingers crossed. Not sure if it's early to ask CIC...

My application is like yours: outland FSW with PN from Ontatio (OOPNP Human Capital). Even more: I also got AOR on November 16.
I also submitted Sched 4, but had no request for PCC (I sent it with the App).
My status is identicaal to yours:

Actually what I have noticed is that PNP applications have been faster than general FSW.

It's quite reasonable. First, the province has already checked the applicants for being eligible. Second, PNP applicants have already been waiting several months to get nomination and CIC is aware of this fact.

I noticed yesterday that my background check had changed to "In Progress". Please tell me this is a good sign. Does it mean I am getting closer to the PPR? (fingers crossed)

Quick question. Did your background check go to "not needed at this time" or "not started" at any point (potentially December). I applied on Nov 6 and my background check went to "In Progress" on November 19. Then on December 3rd it went back to "Not needed at this time". Since then it has never changed.

Hi APL,

I am really sorry, I noticed there was a change at some point but I can't remember when exactly. I thought this wasn't important. The only thing I can tell you is that I received my AOR on Nov 7 and that it is the very first time it says "in progress" in the Background field.
